4 students per team and 2 teams per school

3 hours to build the Contraption

 

RULES

Each team will be given an area of dimensions 2m X 2m, one side of which will be a wall.

The criteria for judgement are:

• To meet the final aim, which will be given on spot.

• Duration for which the contraption lasts.

• The maximum height attained from the initial point.

• The number of attempts taken during the final judgement. A maximum of 3 attempts will be given.

• Number of different mechanisms used.

• Extra points for out-of-the-box, and creative contraptions.
